Shipping
All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. You can find more details about shipping costs and free shipping thresholds further down this page. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. However, during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

We process order from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@mono.london within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
