Exchange & Refund Policy
We accept returns registered via our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own cost.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging, neatly folded
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
Please handle all items with care when trying them on. We cannot accept items with marks, stains, or damage.
When opening your parcel, do not use scissors or blades, as any damage caused may void your eligibility for a return or refund.
Inspect all items upon delivery. If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us before returning it.
How to Return

Scan the QR code included in your order or visit our Returns Portal.

Enter your Order Number and Email Address.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and your reason.

Choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Choose your preferred courier and book the return shipment.
(You are responsible for the return shipping cost and booking.)
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
Please use tracked shipping and do not email to follow up before this timeframe has passed.
